With a career spanning almost a quarter of a century in Morocco’s senior public administration, after a spell in banking and logistics, Nabyl Lakhdar has been Senior Advisor to the  GUEPARD GROUP since March 2024.  In this role, he advises the company’s clients on investment, change management and the implementation of complex management projects. Over the course of his career, this graduate engineer from the Ecole Centrale in  Lille has led a number of upgrading, transformation and digitalisation projects, notably with in the Customs Administration – where he was Director General for five years – the General Tax Directorate, and more recently as Secretary General of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance. An accomplished sportsman, he is well versed in dealing with complex issues, requiring a thorough understanding and mastery of the mechanisms of public-private partnerships and private sector governance.
