A graduate from Sciences Po Paris and Neoma Business School, Salma Bachir El Bouhali is the Chief Operating Officer of Guepard Group, which she joined since its creation in 2014. She also worked for two years in its media subsidiary Huffpost Maghreb as Marketing Director. Salma has been leading strategy and execution assignments for large national players as well as multinationals based in Africa, including the implementation of activation, branding and project management operations.

In her associative capacity, Salma is involved as a member of the board of directors of the Think Tank IMIS “Moroccan Institute of strategic intelligence” since October 2019.
